Peter Young Sing – Managing Partner began establishing his business relationships at age 17 coming straight out of school and starting at a base level factory position at the family business established by his father Patrick Young Sing in his retirement.  The home-grown woodworking company, Patrick Young Sing and Company Ltd., established in the 1970’s, and still going strong now fifty years on, afforded Peter the unique ground level experience in a wide array of the day-to-day realities of business operations in the manufacturing sector, including detailed product specification and application, procurement, machining, labour and industrial relations to name a few. Extensive trade travel throughout the Caribbean, forged lasting connections effortlessly engendered through Peter’s natural affinity for sales and an authentic passion for people and relationships, while remaining non-partisan throughout. He was responsible for capturing business and supplying a diverse selection of products and services to the Caribbean region’s Hospitality, Resort, Commercial and Residential markets stretching from his home island of Trinidad and Tobago in the southern Caribbean, up to the Bahamas, including 13 island nations of the Greater and Lesser Antilles. A total of 4703 hotel rooms, 2500 apartments and condos, 140 villas, 4 large commercial/institutional projects and 12 restaurants were completed under his directorship.
